What size should I buy?
If you’re not quite sure which size is right for you, refer to our size guides. They’re located underneath the available sizes for each of our products.
If you are unsure exactly of the size, please get in touch and we'll be able to recommend the best option for the design you're looking at purchasing.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Please allow up to 6 weeks for the production of your design.
Eliise Maar is proud to custom handcraft all of our designs to order in our Melbourne studio. We work exclusively with JAA accredited suppliers and highly trained jewellers to produce pieces of the highest quality.

Do you offer payment plans?
We do not offer payment plans. If you would like to pay your invoice in two parts, we
offer the option of paying a 50% deposit to begin your order, with the remaining balance due before shipping.
Can I cancel my order?
If you would like to cancel your order, we require to be notified within two business days after placing the order.
As all the orders are made to order, we are unable to cancel your order once we've commenced with the production process.
Can I resize the ring after purchasing?
Yes, we will be able to assist with resizing your ring if there are any issues. The first ring resizing is complimentary as we understand that it can sometimes be tricky to get it exactly right.
If you are unsure about your ring size, we recommend wearing your jewellery for a year to get a feel for the different seasons. Finger sizes change depending on the temperature. If your ring size is perfect 90% of the time, we do not recommend changing the size.
Can I bring my own gold or gemstones?
As a general rule, we do not work with supplied materials. Please get in touch and we'll be able to assess if we are able help.
Do you offer remodelling services?
As a general rule, we do not offer remodelling services however we assess it case by case. Please get in touch with us at info@eliisemaar.com
Shipping, Returns & Exchanges
What is the shipping policy?
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information.
All deliveries are managed by DHL express shipping and are insured for the duration of delivery. Australian domestic shipping typically requires up to 5 business days whilst international shipping may take up to 10 days.
International orders may be subject to additional taxes such as VAT and duty imposed by the destination country. Please refer to the Terms & Conditions for more details.
Do you ship overseas?
Yes we do, we offer free international shipping for orders over $300.

Do I have to pay extra taxes when shipping overseas?
Most likely. When completing checkout on our website, Australia's GST will be deducted automatically.

Once we have shipped your order and provided the details to the DHL, their Customs Team will be in touch to guide you through the declaration process.

Do you exchanges?
As goods are made-to-order, change-of-mind returns will not be accepted.
We are here to help and will try to accommodate as much as possible. If you have special circumstances, please contact us directly and we will assess it individually.
This returns policy is governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure within 12 months of your purchase. You are entitled to have the goods repaired if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality. Any defects in material and/or workmanship that become evident during the warranty validity period will be remedied by us. The form of remedy will be at our sole discretion and will be limited to repair, replacement or refund.
