PLEASE NOTE: THIS SERVICE IS ONLY AVAILABLE FOR ELIISE MAAR JEWELLERY CUSTOMERS

We recommend having your jewellery professionally cleaned and inspected every 6 months or depending on the wear. If the settings have moved due to wear, it is better to have that rectified before anything happens such as loss of stones etc. Loss of gemstones is not part of standard jewellery warranty as 90% of the time it is to do with everyday wear. Always protect your jewellery from knocks and check after any incident. 

Jewellery servicing includes:

  • Polishing of any markings
  • Cleaning the ring
  • Checking the stone settings and repairing or adjusting if needed
  • * Rhodium plating for white gold & platinum

Please choose the suitable option from the options and if you require shipping. We use insured DHL courier service for transporting your valuables.

If you would require shipping return, we will be in touch for more details regarding collecting the jewellery from you and booking the courier.
